In case that AUTO is selected by the Mode Dial or AUTO is selected in MIN. SHUTTER SPEED of ISO setting, the shutter speed setting is changed to avoid a blur image caused by hand shaking and/or moving subjects.
ELECTRONIC LEVEL can be used when AUTO is selected by the Mode Dial.

The firmware update Ver.1.04 from Ver.1.02/1.03 incorporates the following issues:

Já instalei, mas não notei diferença.
Tinha esperança que um dos “minor bugs” fosse fazer o live view shooting funcionar no app, mas nada. (conversando com pessoal em foŕuns internacionais e são MUITAS pessoas com o mesmo bug)

TOKYO, June 23, 2021 — FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) is proud to announce that Fujifilm will release free firmware update for “FUJIFILM X-S10” (X-S10) at the end of June 2021. The latest firmware reflects feedback provided by FUJIFILM X Series users and address requests for new functions and enhanced usability.
Support for tethered shooting
The new firmware adds tethered shooting capability, which can be used by connecting the X-S10 to a computer installed with either “Capture One” (*1), “Tether Shooting Plug-in for Adobe® Photoshop® Lightroom®” or “FUJIFILM X Acquire.” The tethered shooting function can be used both via the USB cable connection and also wirelessly over a Wi-Fi network.

With this firmware update, combining the X-S10 with a compatible gimbal that supports remote control functionality will allow users to start / stop video recording, specify exposure settings for video (shutter speed, aperture value, ISO sensitivity and exposure compensation), and make manual focus adjustments. Guilin Zhishen Information Technology Co., Ltd (ZHIYUN) has announced the intention of offering compatible products for the new X-S10 firmware update.Support for function-specific locking
The new firmware adds a Lock option to the settings for buttons and dials in the Setup menu. By enabling the function, the unintended changes of dial / button settings will be prevented

Mas não sei que Fujifilm/Pro é esse. Não sei se seria o
plugin pra Lightroom
. Mas um site está empurrando pro outro. Mais tarde vou ligar a câmera ao computador e ver se funciona, mas tenho quase certeza que não vai.

Como a Fuji fez o anúncio hoje , e o FW ainda não está disponível, creio que a Capture One ainda não atualizou site/programas p/ ficar compatível.

Li em algum lugar do release que parece que vai ter uma atualização do Capture One pra dar suporte.
Já instalei aqui o update na minha (foi um certo inferno via app, tem de tentar várias vezes usando só o Bluetooth conectado, só o wifi, ou ambos). Fui direto testar aquele bugaço do app e câmera travarem ao tentar usar o remote shooting com live view. Preciso testar mais, mas a princípio foi meio resolvido - não houve mais travamento, mas continua com imensos delays de mudança de ponto focal (você muda o ponto focal e lave quase 2 segundos às vezes para mudar) e do live view. Mas ao menos (parece) passou de impossível para péssimo…
E eu ia testar mesmo no firmware antigo o bug do spot meter com lente manual (pois tinham corrigido em várias câmeras), mas vi que entrou correção pra isso na 2.0.

New Features Guide:
• The camera now supports smartphone printers, “instax mini Link” and “instax Link WIDE” series.
• Due to the above modification, items of the “instax PRINTER PRINT” will be changed in the playback] menu.
• In addition, the menu title, “instax PRINTER CONNECTION SETTING” will be renamed as “instax PRINTER SETTINGS” as well as its content has been changed, which appears through [SETUP MENU] ➔ [CONNECTION SETTING].
The electronic level display will work in wider range of the tilt angle, so that you can use the electronic level on the LCD even if you tilt the camera more than that with the current firmware.
Minor bugs have been fixed.
Impressora Instax Wide, finalmente, vou pegar uma com certeza. Tenho uma LiPlay, as impressões dela são bem bacaninhas - aparentemente ela não entrou na lista de compatíveis com impressão direta, vou testar depois.
Quanto ao update do nível eletrônico, o que eu gostaria é que a Fuji permitisse que aquele nível mais avançado (mostrando nível vertical e horizontal) ficasse visível permanentemente - hoje ele precisa ser ativado com um botão e some quando se pressiona o disparador para fazer AF. Era uma coisa que eu tinha nas m43 e sinto bastante falta.
E curioso para ver o que são os “minor bugs” - no firmware passado a Fuji melhorou muito a conexão com o app de smartphone e nem falou nada.

Change in the number of frames that can be stored in a single folder
・The maximum number of frames that can be stored in a single folder will be changed from 9,999 to 999 with Ver.2.20 or later.
If you are using a macOS computer to process recorded files in the SDXC memory card, make sure to follow the procedure below before upgrading the firmware.
Follow the instructions in “II-2. If using an SDXC memory card with existing files or one that has not been recently formatted:” in the article titled “Important notice for consumers processing FUJIFILM digital camera files using macOS” that was published on Feb. 2 in this web site and then format the SDXC memory card before using it.

XLR microphone adapter* has been supported. As a result, [XLR MIC ADAPTER SETTING] options have been added under the [AUDIO SETTING] both in the movie menu and in [MOVIE SETTING] in the photo menu as well as [4ch AUDIO PLAYBACK] option has been added under [SOUND SETTING] in the setup menu.
*TEAC TASCAM CA-XLR2d-F” XLR microphone adapters has been supported.
The firmware bugs have been fixed, which rarely caused that the Bluetooth paired device would not be registered correctly or that the camera would not turn on after paired device was registered.
Atualizei aqui e a única coisa que notei foi que a performance do live view remoto pelo app deu uma piorada novamente - não impossível de usar como antigamente, mas ficou mais lento…
